HOW TO USE A CONDOM

1.       Open the foil pack carefully to avoid tearing the condom.

2.       Put on condom when penis is erect and before any genital contact as sperms can be released prematurely.

3.       While squeezing the teat end between thumb and forefinger to expel air, unroll the condom carefully with the hand to its full length over the erect penis. TAKE CARE TO AVOID SNAGGING WITH JAGGED FINGERNAILS, RING ETC.

4.       Soon after ejaculation, withdraw penis slowly and carefully while still erect, holding condom in place at base of penis. Be careful not to spill any ejaculate before condom is well clear of the vagina.

5.       Use condoms only once. Use a new condom for each act of lovemaking. Dispose of used condom carefully (wrapped, put in waste bin). Do not leave in the open or flush down W.C

6.       Do not use any oil-based lubricants e.g petroleum jelly, baby oil and if any topical medicines are being applied to either penis or vagina, consult a doctor or pharmacist about their compatibility with condoms. If additional lubrication is needed use only water based ones.  Ask the pharmacist if in doubt.
