Although most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery in the USA (Mail or UPS Ground). Basic shipping is in the USA Lower 48 states only, allow 7-14 Days for delivery (may come by UPS or the Postal Service). Priority/Ground shipments (at our discretion, based on size/weight are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after order entry, (orders entered on weekends may not ship until Tuesday depending on staffing) delivery typically 3-5 business days after ship date. EXPRESS RUSH, allow the next business day for packing and 1-2 days for delivery (Not valid outside of the 48 states) Delivery dates are not guaranteed. In the USA, you will get a second email with your tracking information automatically sent to the email address listed on your order. There are occasional shipping delays of up to 2 weeks if items are due back in stock, we will email you if your order is delayed.
Your package will not mention 1StopCondomShop.com or condoms at all. It will be a package from "Order fulfillment".
WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card used for the transaction in most cases.

As of 11/26/07 most orders are shipping (leaving our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona, USA) within 2 business days (orders entered on Fridays or Weekends may not ship until Tuesday unless Express shipping is selected). We ship by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail in the USA and APO/FPO. The USPS delivers most Priority Mail in the USA within 4 mailing days but does not guarantee delivery dates. UPS Ground generally 3-7 business days (not guaranteed, we ship from Phoenix, AZ) Inaccurate information such as a non-matching billing address or invalid contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses) may delay shipping of your order or lead to order cancellation.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Due to the nature of our products (and to comply with state health regulations) all orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If your items are by chance defective (with the exception of closeout, blowout or clearance items) or were shipped in error, notify us immediately for an exchange authorization. We must receive the approved exchange within 15 days of purchase and within 10 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You may calculate shipping in the shopping cart or upon checkout, or enter the order completely and shipping will be calculated automatically and added to your order and displayed on the confirmation page. Shipping/handling is always non-refundable and not reimbursed for any credit. Unaccepted shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the actual shipping charges BOTH ways and any shipper handling fees..

In an effort to keep our costs and prices as low as possible we do not print a catalog.
To order by mail you may view the catalog online and "Add items to your shopping cart" as if you were going to pay online. When done shopping, when you get to the section where you are asked for your credit card number simply hit the print button on your browser.

Payment must be made in American Dollars (do not send cash) by cashiers check or money order.
Mail orders may be sent to the above address, see below for shipping rates. They may be hand written or printed from the check-out screen. Payment for mail orders by US Dollar money orders or cashiers checks drawn on American Banks only, payable to: 1StopCondomShop Please include contact email address with your order. Mail orders generally ship in 1-6 weeks (1-2 weeks if in stock, 2-6 weeks if out of stock when we receive your order). Please include your email address, we will email you if there are additional delays and email shipping information when your order is processed. Payment by check will delay shipping by 2-4 weeks.
Back-Orders: Please verify your email address when ordering. Generally, if items are sold out the balance of your order will be shipped and the total purchase price adjusted before billing. If items are due in our warehouse from suppliers, we may email you to advise of order delays. All items and prices are subject to availability (stock on hand) and subject to error (we are not responsible for typographical errors).
We will ONLY SHIP TO VERIFIED BILLING ADDRESSES FOR THE CREDIT CARD, the address will be verified with your bank.
WE PROSECUTE CREDIT CARD FRAUD. We have prosecuted 5 cases around the world and will prosecute all future cases.
If you require signature for delivery you must request it on the special message screen upon checkout. If you live in a high-risk area we suggest you request signature confirmation. We will not be responsible for theft or loss. Requests in the special message area of checkout will also show on your automatic email confirmation. If you believe you requested signature confirmation but do not see it on your order confirmation you must contact us by email reply immediately. We reserve the right to require signature for delivery of any order and may cancel any order at our discretion. Orders may not be canceled, however if you would like to attempt to cancel an order before shipping you may email your request (see above for email address) including your name and order number. If we are able to pull your order before processing we will accommodate your request. If you order has been processed, shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. Orders are generally shipped by the USPS (United States Postal Service) and PO Boxes are acceptable as long as they are also the billing address for the credit card used. Shipping rates, see above. Errors aka Typos
In the event that one of our products or services is
listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to error or
information from suppliers, we shall have the right to cancel, refuse or correct
any orders with incorrect pricing (we would contact you for approval for change
or cancel the order(s)). We may cancel/refuse these orders regardless of whether
the order has been confirmed or card charged. We would refund the order amount
immediately if the card was charged. Thank you for your understanding, we strive
for perfection but we are only human.
In stock orders usually ship within 7 business days. A business day is generall Monday-Friday, except holiday's. Delivery in the USA is generally within 5 business days from the shipping date. From time to time they may take 2 weeks (the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates). Shipping outside the USA by the USPS may take 2-8 weeks and delivery dates are not estimated or guaranteed. In the USA, you will get a second email with your tracking information automatically sent to the email address listed on your order. The USPS offers no tracking on international shipping. There are occasional shipping delays of up to 2 weeks if items are due back in stock or to verify shipping information with card issuing institutions.
Outside United States Add $24.95 plus the above rate. We will only SHIP TO VERIFIED BILLING ADDRESSES FOR THE CREDIT CARD, they will be verified with your bank.
Shipping Service - All shipments outside the USA are shipped via the US Postal Service Air Parcel Post.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Allow 2-8 weeks for overseas delivery. For orders to addresses outside of the USA we recommend using American Express since automated address verification is available for many countries to expedite your order. Billing and shipping addresses must be identical. Card processing requires verification and approval of American Express. Included in the shipping cost is our expensive phone calls to verify addresses with credit card issuers. If your bank will not verbally verify your shipping address, or for any other reason, your order may be cancelled.
Orders are shipped from our office in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Most in stock orders entered by 5PM EST are shipped (leave our warehouse) within 5-7 business days. Most orders ship Priority Mail but we reserve the right to ship any order regular ground, fedx ground or UPS at our discretion.
If an item is out of stock we will email you to advise you of the status. If we do not expect the item to be in stock in a short period of time, we will ship your order with the balance of available items and adjust the total appropriately before billing. Credit card charge-backs:
In the event a credit card charge is disputed as fraudulent, unrecognized, unauthorized or any other reason, we will turn the matter to our collections department. Collections from chargebacks will result in a $25.00 additional collection fee in addition to the original purchase price payable by money order or cashiers check only. In the event the chargeback is not resolved in a timely manner we may turn the matter over to law enforcement agencies or other collection agencies and may result in additional fees due including but not limited to attorney's fees and court costs.
